The general terms and conditions of the theme apartment:Arrival and departure- Check-in is possible from 5 p.m. in all theme apartments, but earlier check-in is only possible by special arrangement- Check-out takes place according to the time period booked in your booking- The theme apartment must be left as tidy as possibleUse of the theme apartment- Commercial use for films, videos or photos is only permitted in consultation with the theme apartment- The free WiFi may only be used for legal purposes. The guest is liable in all cases for the use of the WiFi and for what purposes it is used, as we have no influence on their usage behavior- The house and the theme apartment itself and its inventory must be treated with care by the guest. Should something break/be damaged, the theme apartment must be informed immediately. Any damage or defects discovered upon arrival must be reported to the theme apartment immediately, otherwise the guest will be liable for the damage. - The theme apartment reserves the right to terminate the contract without notice and without reimbursement in the event of violations of the house rules and good manners (such as noise, unauthorized visitors and smoking in the apartment, bringing animals). - Smoking in the theme apartment is strictly prohibited. If this is not complied with, a cleaning fee of 500 euros will be charged. - Charging a vehicle with household electricity from a socket is prohibited. - The use of all objects and facilities (such as hammocks, saunas, etc.) is at your own risk, we are not liable for any damage or health consequences. - The theme apartment is not liable for the valuables of the guest(s) at any time. - If the access chip or key is lost, the theme apartment is entitled to charge you the fee for a new lock and a new chip. - If the emergency facility is misused (e.g. calling the fire brigade, emergency button, burnt food, smoke development, smoking), the guest bears full responsibility for his actions and the corresponding costs. Bed linen / towels - Your theme apartment always awaits you with a bed made up and one large and one small towel per guest. - You can book more towels at any time on myThemenpartment

PetsPets are not allowed in the themed apartments at any time. You can thank some animal lovers for this, who left the themed apartments in a catastrophic state.

ParkingYou can park for free on the street "Am Stadtgarten".You can only park in the main car park for a fee (12€/night)Cancellation policy (by guest) - We do not offer free cancellation. In the event of lateness, no-shows and/or early departure, no partial or total amount will be refunded Cancellation policy (by theme apartment) - All of our theme apartments are state-of-the-art, but despite the utmost care, regular maintenance and cleaning, it can happen that due to unforeseen events, technical problems or improper use by a guest, the theme apartment has to be closed for maintenance until safety and use for our guests is restored. The theme apartment is therefore entitled to cancel your booking with several options for you as a guest: a. You will receive a full refund of the price you paid for your booked appointment, either as a voucher or by payment in cash. b. If other themed apartments are not affected, they can be rebooked internally to another themed apartment (time slot bookings for the Wellness Suite). Booking expiration, exceeding the time limit, soiling - If the guest arrives too late for their time slot in the Wellness Suite (e.g. start was 5 p.m.), the guest is not entitled to extend their time. The check-out time (e.g. 8 p.m. or 10 p.m.) is not extended. If you are more than 2 hours late, the booking will be cancelled in full and the price already paid will not be refunded.- If you do not leave the Wellness Suite on time, the theme apartment can charge an additional €120 for each hour started.- If you leave the Wellness Suite very dirty or filthy, the theme apartment can charge you an additional €100; if the cleaning costs are higher, the actual costs will be charged.- Time slot bookings are clearly marked (e.g. 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.) and do not entitle you to stay overnight, but only to use the time booked by the guest on the day of arrival.Vouchers, promo codes, promotionsVouchers can be easily transferred to other people.Personal promo codes, promotions or discount vouchers are only valid for the person.

Liability and compensationIn the event of improper use, culpable contamination or negligent and intentional damage, the booking guest is liable for the respective damage caused by his guests.We accept no liability for the use of all objects and facilities (such as hammocks, saunas, care products, etc.).
